*Ingredients: Organic Turmeric, Organic Ginger, Organic Cinnamon, Organic black pepper.
Herbal Tea Brewing Basics:
Scoop 1 tsp. Of herb in a strainer, then place in a cup. Add 8 oz. Of near boiling water and steep for 4-6 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.
2 oz. Loose tea
serving size 1 tsp.

Make Turmeric Elixir
1/3 cup turmeric ginger mix
1/3 cup vodka, rum or brandy
3 tablespoons of water
In a large sterilize glass container add turmeric ginger mix

Pour the alcohol and water over the ingredients, making sure everything is fully submerged. You want to fill the jar, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
- Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for at least 2-4 weeks. Shake the jar every day to help the ingredients mix and release their compounds into the alcohol.
- After 2-4 weeks, strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, pressing out as much liquid as possible
- If you'd like to sweeten the elixir, mix in honey after straining.
- Pour the strained liquid into a clean bottle and store in a cool, dark place. It should last for several months.
- Take 1-2 teaspoons daily as a tonic, either straight or mixed with water.
