5. Spinach

Spinach is known as a super food. This super food is pact full of iron, folate, magnesium, and calcium. Spinach is great for weight loss, it is low in calories but nutrient-dense. Spinach show be included in your weight loss plan. Instead of sandwich go for a spinach salad for lunch. 1/2 cup of raw spinach count as 1 of the 5 servings of fruits and vegetables you should eat throughout the day.
