Fixing your hormone levels can help control these problems. Here are 5 foods to help get your hormone back in control.

Almonds keeps you full and elevate your levels of adiponectin hormone, this prevents your blood sugar level for rising. Almonds are the perfect snack because they are high in vitamin D. Almonds can stimulate the release of Luteinizing hormone, which is a compound that can trigger healthy reproductive system. A single serving of almonds (7) per day is great to increase your health.
